做法:
1. | 將1大匙橄欖油,紅蔥頭丁和薑末放進一個燒熱的鍋,用中火炒香。 |
2. | 加入葡萄乾和水煮滾。轉小火,繼續煮8分鐘。熄火後加入白蘭地,雪利醋,蜂蜜,黃薑粉,鹽,黑胡椒和2大匙橄欖油。 |
3. | 全部材料倒入果汁機內用高速打到沒有顆粒。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Add 1 tbs of olive oil, the minced shallot and ginger to a heated pot. Sauté over medium heat until aromatic. |
2. | Add the golden raisin and water and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to low and continue to cook for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add the brandy, sherry vinegar, honey, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper and 2 tbs of olive oil. |
3. | Transfer the mixture to a blend and run the machine over the high speed until the sauce is smooth. |
